Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to estimate and carry out your job: your name, phone number, email, the address of the house, the year it was built, what you tell us about the work and any photos you send.

How we use it

• To reply and set the walk-through.
• To write your estimate and schedule the crew.
• To keep a record of the work at your address.

Who sees it

Our office, the leads who walk your house and the crew on your job see what their part needs. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Photos

Photos you text or email stay in our messages and project folders. We delete them when the job is closed unless you ask us to keep them.

Your choices

Write to hello@yoshidaheritagepainting.com to see what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. We reply in office hours.
